This sparkling cocktail with edible flowers is summer in a glass.


Ingredients

Ingredients
½ cup edible flowers water for ice cubes
4tsp Melissa’s Raspberry & Apple Cordial
1 cup grapefruit juice
1 bottle Methode Cap Classique

Method

Method
  1. Place edible flowers in ice cube trays, top with water and freeze.
  2. Place frozen flower cubes in a jug, top with the cordial, grapefruit juice and MCC.
  3. Serve in Melissa’s La Rochere French drinking glasses.
