Chocolate Brownies with Salted Caramel Crowns

Ingredients

12 Melissa's Salted Caramel Crowns
1 Melissa's Brownie Bake Kit
185g salted butter
3 large eggs

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  2. Line a 20x20cm square baking tin with baking paper.
  3. Melt butter and add to dry ingredients.
  4. Add eggs one at a time and mix till batter is smooth.
  5. Pour into the square baking tin and bake for 25-30min.
  6. Half way before done add in the caramel crowns.
  7. Once baked, brownies might appear too soft. Leave to cool completely before cutting in about 12 squares.
