1 x Melissa’s Banana Bread, 3 slices
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbs Melissa’s Raspberry Jam
assorted nuts, roasted
- Mix eggs, vanilla essence and milk.
- Soak the bread slices in egg mixture.
- Heat frying pan with butter.
- Fry the soaked banana bread on both sides till golden brown.
- Place on plate and top with crème fraiche, raspberry jam and roasted nuts.
