Ingredients

2 cups oats
1 cup ground Flaxseed
1 tbsp Melissa’s Ground Coffee
1 cup peanut butter (sugar-free)
150ml Melissa’s Raw Honey
2 tsp vanilla essence
¼ cup cocoa
¼ cup assorted dried fruits, chopped

Method

  1. Grind one cup oats in a blender until flour-like consistency.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Press flat in a tray.
  4. Cut into pieces and serve.
