Ingredients

½ jar Melissa's Red Wine Pears, quartered lengthways
6 Melissa's Fruit & Nut Biscotti, crushed finely
2 tbsp melted butter
4 scoops 'Nice Company' Vanilla Ice Cream

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix the biscotti with the melted butter.
  3. Arrange the pears in a medium size bowl.
  4. Cover with the biscotti mixture.
  5. Bake and serve warm with the vanilla ice cream.
